The Village of Deer Creek was GMB's vision that has been realized with hard work and planning. Residents who live there are extremely appreciative of the design of the community along with the incredible location that gives it that perfect sense of community. It has been my pleasure to represent the Village of Deer Creek and Greater Missouri Builders and to be a small part in the making of a great community.
I have lived at Queensbrooke Village for a little over a year now. I am a Real Estate Agent so I travel all around the area. There is not a better location than Hwy 94 and Harvester. It is centrally located between all highways and right at the end of the new Page extension. I love my townhome, especially the open floor plan and my own private courtyard which is perfect for my dog Abby. It is great to come home and have your grass always groomed, beautiful flowers blooming and one of the least expensive association fees in the area.
